    Wonderful hotel with an in-house restaurant and polite staff. Lots of outstanding options for meal. Located 10 min walk away from Powell Street metro station. A really nice way to end my thanksgiving.

    The view from the balcony was amazing 🌇 San Francisco skyline at sunset stole my heart. The staff could be friendlier, though. A nice stay with room for improvement in service.

    All the time noise in the hotel lobby (also because of giant gingerbread house and christmas events). The staff does not correspond in any way to that of comparable houses - friendliness and hospitality is in need of improvement and generally very inattentive.

    Make sure to get a double room with the balcony and comfortable bed, for instance. Staff is attentive and you can park your car onsite.

    Elegant Stay with Fine Views

    The room was clean and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed, made for a restful night. I especially enjoyed the access to the fitness center with a great selection of equipment. One thing to improve is the noise insulation, as I could hear conversations from the neighboring room occasionally.

    Great location in San Francisco. Beautiful historical hotel.

    The reasonably priced rooms have a view of the courtyard roof with air conditioners. If you travel with a car, parking costs an additional 57 dollars per day.

    Staff very unfriendly, especially in the spa and concierge, price-performance is not right, no water pressure for shower and bathtub, defective elevator for 4 days, dirty corridors, does not correspond at all to a 5-star standard
